The entire aiosbot project is currently executed in our free time, alongside our primary private full-time jobs. This complete system overhaul is demanding all of our available time and resources right now. As we are not yet an established company, our time capacity is naturally limited. However, please know that we are doing everything humanly possible to finalize this update as quickly as we can. Our priority is not speed, but security and stability. We are extremely dedicated to delivering a safe, fully functional, and high-quality system that benefits everyone. We refuse to publish anything incomplete or rushed. Development Status and Future FeaturesThis extensive rebuild is necessary to establish a foundation that is highly robust, scalable, and future-proof, ensuring aiosbot remains the leading integration solution for Twitch and Discord. We are currently targeting completion within the next few weeks. Upon launch, you will be able to define and use Discord Message Commands (e.g., !commandname). The Web Interface will intelligently suggest only parameters that are technically viable for the specific action being configured. This enhancement will drastically reduce configuration errors and improve overall workflow efficiency. 🛡️ Granular Twitch Command PermissionsWe are introducing a more sophisticated permissions system for Twitch commands, allowing for a finer-grained distinction of which user groups can execute specific commands. 🔗 Next-Generation URL Filtering SystemWe have engineered a new URL filter focused on unparalleled accuracy and security. Precision Detection: The filter is designed to identify and mitigate attempts to hide URLs using evasive tactics (such as spaces or character substitution) often used for malicious links. Actionable Events: The act of deleting a URL will be added as a triggerable event, allowing you to link further actions (e.g., sending automated warnings) to this moderation activity. Flexible Controls: Core features such as user group allowances, exempted URLs, and the ability to grant one-time URL posting permission will remain, enhanced by the new system's power. ✨ User Experience (UX) EnhancementsThe Web Interface has undergone a substantial update focused on improved usability and design aesthetics. We have prioritized user experience and achieved significantly faster loading times for several key management pages. 🤖 API Control SystemA new feature will allow users to control their own bot externally via a dedicated API. By generating an API URL and associating actions with it, you can integrate aiosbot with external tools like Stream Deck or custom applications. 🛠️ Streamlined Future Integrations (Internal)A crucial benefit of this core redesign is the new simplified framework for system setup. This technical architecture will enable us to more easily and quickly integrate additional streaming platforms and services into the aiosbot ecosystem in the future. However, as we’ve always promised: As we are still in development, we are currently working on a way to provide the premium status for free for every user while the development is still ongoing. 🔐 New Permissions SystemThe permissions system has been completely reworked! Under “Bot - Permissions” in the sidebar, you can now fully manage and restrict access for each user. Examples: Grant a user access to the Discord bot only. Or allow access to the Twitch bot only. The new Twitch Dashboard is now live in the web interface! With the new dashboard, you can easily monitor important stream information at a glance. Here's what you can do: 📺 Stream Status: Instantly see whether your stream is live or offline. 👥 Followers Count: View your current number of followers. 👀 Viewers Count: See how many viewers are currently watching. 💬 Chat Activity: Track the number of chat messages during the current stream (or the last stream if you're offline). 🔥 Command Usage: Monitor how many aiosbot commands have been used during the stream. 🛠 Recent Commands: Check out the last 5 commands that were used. 📈 Viewer Activity Stats: View a detailed breakdown of your viewer activity over the past hour. ➕ Follow Activity: See the latest followers at a glance. ➖ Unfollow Activity: Review users who recently unfollowed. This dashboard gives you real-time insights and helps you stay even closer to your community while streaming! We’ve just released version 5.2.0 of the web interface, bringing several long-awaited fixes and quality-of-life improvements. This update focuses on better integration, usability, and a smoother overall experience. 🔧 Bug Fixes & EnhancementsFixed various bugs that existed since the account migration. Your profile picture in the web interface now correctly reflects your forum avatar. The dashboard has been repaired and now displays data correctly. A complete redesign is planned for a future update. Forum announcements are now displayed directly on the dashboard for better visibility. ⚙️ Action System OverhaulThe process of adding actions in the interface has been reworked. A new drag & drop system lets you easily reorder actions when needed. The system has been unified across different types of actions for a more consistent experience. A bug that prevented actions from being added to reactions has been fixed. Object-type data, especially useful for aiostool actions, is now displayed in a clean key-value table format. Hey everyone! We’d like to share a quick update on what we’ve been working on lately across the aiosbot ecosystem. From Twitch and Discord integration to local tools and upcoming API features – here’s a look at what’s new, what’s in the works, and what’s coming soon: TwitchChannel Points Integration Fully implemented and highly flexible. You can now link channel point rewards to virtually any action. Whether it’s triggering in-game events, displaying overlays, or interacting with external devices – the possibilities are endless. Bits-Based Actions (in development) We’re working on letting viewers trigger specific actions by donating exact amounts of Bits – for example, 333 Bits could trigger one action, while 334 triggers another. Followbot Detection Enhancements A new feature is in the works that will allow you to remove (ban) detected followbots directly through the web interface – streamlining moderation during attacks. Overlay System (in testing) A fully customizable overlay system is being tested. It’s not ready for release yet, but development is actively ongoing. You’ll be able to display text, play videos or sounds, show counters, and more – all completely configurable to match your stream's style. DiscordEarly Features in Action Some features are already live in our official Discord server, like the support ticket system. And just to be clear: everything we build is made for everyone – nothing is exclusive to our server. It runs scripts, executes functions, and brings logic to your setup – all without direct cloud dependency. Mod Support Developers can build their own mods to expand functionality, whether it’s automation, integration with local software, or reacting to bot events. Mods run in an isolated sandbox environment to ensure security and stability. CLI (Command-Line Interface) The CLI is a standalone tool (installed via NPM) designed for managing and testing mods. It lets you run, debug, and package your mods with ease – no GUI needed. End-to-End Encryption We’re actively rolling out full E2E encryption between aiostool and the backend, ensuring complete privacy and security for all transmitted data. Status The tool is currently in its testing phase and is expected to be publicly released very soon. Public APIEarly Development Phase We’re building a public API that allows users to connect to their personal bot instance and trigger actions via custom endpoints. Custom Webhook Actions Users will be able to define endpoints that perform specific actions. For example, our own setup links the forum with Discord: when a user earns “Gold” status in the forum, a webhook triggers role assignment on Discord – fully automated. Utility Endpoints The API will include multipurpose endpoints like counters that can be queried, incremented, or reset – ideal for tracking anything from deaths to donations. Stream Deck Integration We’re developing a plugin for the Elgato Stream Deck that connects directly to the API. While counters are one example use case, the plugin is designed to support a wide range of interactions – all triggered at the press of a button. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working on unifying our account systems to improve your experience and simplify access across our platform. Previously, accounts for the web interface and the forum were managed separately, which often led to confusion and unnecessary duplication. To resolve this and create a smoother, more consistent user experience, we’ve migrated all accounts from the web interface directly into the forum system. From now on, there will only be one single account system, fully based on the forum. This means: One account for everything – whether you're accessing features on the website, using tools, or participating in discussions. Easier account management and a more integrated experience. As part of this migration, all users are required to reset their password. For security reasons, we could not carry over your old password. 👉 Please use the “Forgot Password” option on the login page to set a new one. This move allows us to provide a more modern and organized experience for everyone involved with our project. Over the coming days and weeks, we will gradually transfer all relevant content to the new platform.
