Welcome to the official aiosbot Forum – a space for community support, feature discussions, and mod development for the aiosbot, aiostool, and related services. To ensure a respectful, productive, and safe environment for everyone, please read and follow the guidelines below.

General Forum Rules

Each rule includes a severity level and possible sanctions. Repeated or extreme violations may lead to increased penalties.

1. Respectful Behavior

• Description: Always treat others with respect. No harassment, hate speech, personal attacks, or discriminatory remarks.

• Severity: High

• Sanctions:

  • 1st offense: Warning

  • 2nd offense: Temporary ban (1–7 days)

  • Severe/repeated: Permanent ban

2. No Spam or Advertising

• Description: Do not post spam, unrelated promotions, or unsolicited advertisements. This includes promoting external products not related to aiosbot or aiostool.

• Severity: High

• Sanctions:

  • Post removal

  • Account mute (24–72h)

  • Repeat offenses: Temporary or permanent ban

3. Stay On-Topic

• Description: Post content relevant to the section. Use correct categories and avoid derailing discussions.

• Severity: Low to Medium

• Sanctions:

  • Thread move/lock

  • Warning for repeated off-topic posts

4. No NSFW, Malicious or Illegal Content

• Description: This includes pornography, viruses, pirated software, or any content that violates laws or promotes unsafe behavior.

• Severity: Very High

• Sanctions:

  • Immediate post deletion

  • Permanent ban

  • Report to authorities (if applicable)

5. No Duplicate Accounts

• Description: Users must not create or operate multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or manipulate content.

• Severity: High

• Sanctions:

  • All duplicate accounts banned

  • Main account temporarily or permanently banned

6. Respect Staff and Decisions

• Description: Do not argue with moderators in public threads. If you disagree with a decision, contact staff privately.

• Severity: Medium

• Sanctions:

  • Post removal

  • Warning

  • Temporary suspension if repeated

7. English and German Language Only

• Description: Please use English or German in all public posts. This ensures everyone can participate and moderate content effectively.

• Severity: Low

• Sanctions:

  • Post may be removed or translated

  • Warning

8. Use Descriptive Titles

• Description: Thread titles must reflect the content. Avoid clickbait or vague titles like "HELP!!!" or "URGENT".

• Severity: Low

• Sanctions:

  • Thread renamed

  • Warning on repeated cases

9. Q&A Forums: Do Not Post Irrelevant or Disruptive Replies

• Description: In Q&A-style categories, every reply must contribute meaningfully to solving the original question.
  Replies that contain off-topic jokes, sarcastic comments, useless opinions, or other content that adds no value to the question or discussion will be removed. These forums are for focused help – not casual commentary.

• Severity: Medium to High

• Sanctions:

  • 1st offense: Post removal + warning

  • 2nd offense: Temporary mute (24–72 hours)

  • 3rd offense or severe disruption: Temporary ban (7–14 days)

  • Ongoing abuse: Long-term or permanent ban

Mod Workshop Rules (For aiostool & aiosbot Mods)

The Mod Workshop is a dedicated space for sharing, discussing, and reviewing mods for the aiostool and related systems. Given its technical nature, special rules apply:

1. Include Required Files

• Description: All mod uploads must include a valid mod.json and follow upload standards (no external file hosts).

• Severity: High

• Sanctions:

  • Mod removed

  • Warning

  • Upload rights suspended (temporarily)

2. No Malicious or Obfuscated Code

• Description: All code must be readable and safe. Obfuscation, hidden network requests, or unauthorized data collection are strictly forbidden.

• Severity: Very High

• Sanctions:

  • Immediate ban

  • Report to authorities (if applicable)

  • Mod and all associated files deleted

3. Proper Licensing and Attribution

• Description: Clearly state if your mod uses third-party assets or code and provide proper credit.

• Severity: Medium

• Sanctions:

  • Warning

  • Mod temporarily removed until fixed

4. No Auto-Installation Tools or Scripts

• Description: Mods must not include auto-executing installers or scripts that affect user systems outside aiostool's scope.

• Severity: High

• Sanctions:

  • Mod removed

  • Ban depending on severity

5. Use the Forum's Download System

• Description: All mods must be uploaded via the integrated system. Direct file links or external hosting will be removed.

• Severity: Medium

• Sanctions:

  • Post removed

  • Warning

  • Temporary mod upload restriction

Final Notes

• Moderators have discretion to interpret and enforce rules based on context.

• These guidelines may be updated. Continued use of the forum implies acceptance of the latest rules.

• Appeals can be made directly to the admin team via private message or support channel.
