NEW: The Director Panel — Your Mission Control for Moderation

Hey everyone!

We're excited to announce a new big addition to aiosbot: the Director Panel — a fully customizable control room for streamers and moderators, built right into the web interface.

If you've ever juggled five browser tabs while modding — chat here, events there, stream preview somewhere else — this is for you. The Director Panel puts everything a streamer or mod needs on one page, arranged exactly the way you want it.

Availability: Gold and Platinum bots. You'll find it in the sidebar directly under Dashboard (a bot must be selected).

🧩 Build your own workspace

The Director Panel is a free canvas, not a rigid grid. You add the modules you want and place them anywhere:

• Move freely — grab a module by its header and drop it wherever you like. Top left, bottom right, half-overlapping the corner — your call. No snapping, no forced layout.

• Resize freely — drag the handle in the bottom-right corner of any module to make it exactly as wide and tall as you need.

• Only what you need — don't care about the Kick chat? Simply don't add that module. Every module is optional and can be added multiple times (e.g., one Live Chat for Twitch and one for Kick, side by side).

Click Edit in the panel bar to arrange things, Done to lock it in. Your layout is saved automatically.

Layouts & plans:

• Gold: one shared layout per bot — every mod of that bot sees the same panel.

• Platinum: everything from Gold, plus every user can save their own personal layout that overrides the shared one. Your mods can each build their perfect setup.

📦 The modules

💬 Live Chat (bot feed) — with one-click moderation

A real-time feed of your channel's chat (Twitch or Kick per module), powered by the bot. This one is built for working:

• Hover any message for instant mod actions: delete message, timeout (60s / 5m / 10m / 1h) or ban — executed by the bot immediately.

• Filter the noise: hide commands, hide aiosbot's own messages, and choose exactly which events show up inline (Subs, Bits/Kicks, Follows, Raids).

• Make it yours: custom colors for text, Broadcaster, Mods, VIPs, Subscribers and event highlights.

💬 Chat (the original platform chat)

The official Twitch/Kick chat embedded in your panel — with native emotes and badges, just like on the platform. Great for reading along.

One important note: Twitch blocks typing for owners and mods inside any embedded chat (a security measure on Twitch's side — nothing we can change). That's why the module has an "Open popout" button: it opens the official popout chat in a small window where you type with your own personal account, no restrictions.

🔔 Event Feed

All the important stuff, separated from chat noise: Subscriptions, gifted Subs, Bits/Kicks, Follows and Raids in one clean feed. Pick which event types you want to see.

🔨 Mod Log

A live log of moderation actions in your channel — who was banned or timed out, and by whom.

📺 Stream

Your live stream (Twitch or Kick player) embedded right in the panel, so you never have to leave the page to check what's on screen.

▶️ Action Button — trigger your actions on demand

This is a big one. Put a button in your panel that runs any of your API actions from the Action Builder — instantly, on click.

And it goes further: you can add form fields to the button. Whatever you type into those fields is available inside the action as {director.value.<key>}. Example:

1. In the Action Builder, create an API action that posts {director.value.title} to your chat / Discord / overlay.

2. In the Director Panel, add an Action Button, pick that action, and define a field with the key title.

3. During the stream: type "Giveaway starts NOW", hit Run — done.

One saved action, endless live inputs. Perfect for announcements, scene-dependent shoutouts, manually triggered alerts and more.

📊 Stream Info & quick actions

Your stream at a glance: title, category, viewers and uptime (auto-refreshing). For Twitch it also includes one-click chat mode toggles: Emote-Only, Followers-Only, Slow Mode, Sub-Only — with the current state always visible. (Kick doesn't offer a chat-mode API yet.)

👥 Chatters

Who's actively chatting right now — with role badges and quick timeout/ban buttons right next to each name.

🚀 Getting started

1. Select your bot and click Director Panel in the sidebar (below Dashboard).

2. Hit Edit → Add module and pick what you need.

3. Drag, resize, configure (every module has a ⚙️ with its own settings).

4. Hit Done — your layout is saved.

That's it. Your mission control is ready.

💡 Tips

• Add the same module twice with different settings — e.g., a Twitch chat next to a Kick chat, or one Event Feed for Subs only and one for Raids.

• Platinum users: toggle "My personal layout" so your own arrangement doesn't affect your fellow mods.

• Pair a Stream module with the Live Chat module for a compact "everything at once" view on a second monitor.
