Interactive Poll System

With the new Poll System, it is now possible to create interactive polls and display them directly within your stream using a dedicated overlay.

The system is designed to enable real-time audience participation with minimal setup effort while still offering flexible configuration options.

Creating a Poll

Polls are created via the aiosbot web interface.

You can define:

• A question

• Multiple answer options (in theory up to 100)

Each answer can be configured with:

• A numeric vote option (e.g. 1–X)

• An optional custom keyword per answer

Voting Mechanism

Viewers can participate in polls directly via chat.

Two input methods are supported:

• Sending a number corresponding to an answer (e.g. 1, 2, 3, …)

• Sending a predefined keyword assigned to a specific answer

This allows flexible interaction depending on the use case.

Live Overlay

Poll results are displayed in real time via an overlay that can be added to OBS / Streamlabs.

• Results update live as votes are submitted

• All changes are immediately reflected in the stream

Web Interface Monitoring

The web interface provides a live view of the current poll state.

• Incoming votes can be observed in real time

• The current distribution of votes is displayed instantly

Customization

The poll overlay supports multiple visual themes.

This allows the overlay to be adapted to different stream designs without additional configuration effort.
