We’re currently investigating an issue where some users are not seeing their existing bots listed correctly in the web interface.

💡Important:

Your bots still exist and are not lost. Please do not create new bots, as this may lead to duplicates or conflicts once the issue is resolved.

Our team is actively working on a fix and we’ll provide an update as soon as possible.

🔁 Possible Cause: Browser Cache

In some cases, this issue may be caused by outdated data stored in your browser cache.

To help identify this, we’ve introduced a build version number at the bottom-left corner of the web interface.
➡️ The current version is 4.3.4

If you do not see this version number, your browser is likely still loading old files.
To fix this, please try the following:

  • Refresh the page with Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)

  • Clear your browser cache manually

  • Try using a private/incognito window

Thanks for your patience – we’ll keep you posted with further updates!
If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to the support team.

We’ve identified and fixed a critical issue that affected the linking of bots to user accounts in the web interface.

This bug caused some bots to not appear correctly for certain users, even though they still existed in the system.

The issue has now been resolved.
All affected bots should now be visible again in the web interface.

🫶 A big thank you to everyone who reported the issue and helped us track it down quickly.
Your feedback was essential in identifying and resolving the problem!

If you're still experiencing issues:

  • Try refreshing with Ctrl+F5 (or Cmd+Shift+R on Mac)

  • Make sure the build version at the bottom left is 4.3.4

  • Clear your browser cache if necessary

Thanks again for your patience and support – as always, feel free to reach out if you need help!
