Major Update: The New aiosbot System is Live

Dear aiosbot Community,

with the migration to our new system now completed, we wanted to take the time to give you the detailed follow-up announcement we still owed you.

In our earlier development update, we explained why we were rebuilding the aiosbot core from the ground up. The main reason was simple: the old foundation had reached the point where further expansion would have become increasingly difficult, both technically and structurally.

Instead of continuing to build on top of limits, we decided to create a system that is:

  • more secure

  • more scalable

  • easier to maintain

  • significantly more flexible for future growth

Now that the migration is complete, we can finally talk about what this transition actually brought into the live system.

This was not just a backend replacement. A large number of improvements, new features, usability changes, and structural upgrades have already become part of the new aiosbot environment.

โš ๏ธ What You Should Do First

Before we go into the details, here are the most important steps for current users:

  • ๐Ÿ” Reauthorize your bot in the web interface if you have not already done so

  • โš™๏ธ Review your settings and actions (especially advanced automations)

  • ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ If something does not work as expected, open a support ticket with a short description and a screenshot

This is important because the new system includes:

  • a redesigned authorization layer

  • updated action handling

  • new event logic

  • revised permission handling

๐Ÿ—๏ธ A New Foundation for Security, Stability and Growth

The largest change is the new core architecture.

A significant amount of work went into improvements that are not always immediately visible, but are critical for long-term reliability:

  • fully migrated system core

  • reworked Twitch and Discord authorization workflows

  • improved internal infrastructure for better stability and security

  • cleaner parameter handling across the web interface

  • improved visibility into action logic and system behavior

๐Ÿ”” New Notification System

A particularly useful addition:

If an action runs into an issue, users with permission for that bot will now receive a notification automatically.

๐Ÿ‘‰ This makes it much easier to detect and fix problems early.

๐ŸŽฎ Twitch Improvements

The Twitch side received major upgrades for both usability and advanced automation.

โšก Smarter AutoActions

AutoActions can now differentiate between online and offline states.

Example:

  • run every 5 minutes while live

  • run every 30 minutes while offline

๐Ÿ‘‰ More control, less unnecessary execution.

๐Ÿงฉ New Parameters and Expanded Flexibility

The new system introduces a wide range of additional parameters that make actions far more flexible than before.

One example is:

{random.viewer}

This parameter allows actions to dynamically insert a random username from chat.

Possible use cases include:

  • randomly featuring a viewer in a message

  • creating lightweight engagement moments

  • building fun community interactions without custom scripting

And this is only one example.
The overall parameter system has been expanded significantly, giving users many more options to build dynamic, context-aware actions throughout the new aiosbot system.

โญ Reworked Subscription Events

Subscription handling is now much more granular:

  • configurable for months 1โ€“12 individually

Example:

  • Month 1 โ†’ simple thank-you

  • Month 6 โ†’ special reward

  • Month 12 โ†’ unique action

๐ŸŽฏ Improved Stream Category Handling

Changing stream category/game is now:

  • more forgiving

  • less error-prone

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Additional Features

  • Watchtime Calculator

  • Minimum Bits threshold (anti-spam)

  • Improved moderation tools

  • Custom Badword Filter

  • StreamElements import (via support)

๐Ÿ’ฌ Discord Improvements

Discord saw one of the biggest upgrades and is now a fully integrated automation platform.

๐Ÿ”” New Discord Events

  • reaction added

  • reaction removed

  • member joined

  • member left

  • voice channel join

๐Ÿ‘‰ Enables much more reactive automation.

โš™๏ธ New Discord Actions

  • reply to message

  • kick user

  • ban user

  • rename channel

  • create channel

  • move voice members

  • send stream-live embeds

  • send custom embeds

๐Ÿ‘‰ Discord is now an active automation hub.

๐Ÿšซ Filters

  • Discord URL Filter

  • Custom Badword Filter

๐Ÿ”Š Temporary Voice Channels

  • automatically created

  • automatically deleted when empty

๐Ÿ‘‰ No more manual cleanup needed.

๐Ÿ“Š Discord Dashboard

Now available in the web interface:

  • member count

  • channel count

  • role count

  • recent commands

  • join/leave activity

๐ŸŽซ Ticket System

  • structured support workflows inside Discord

  • supports custom embeds

  • multiple systems planned (future premium limitation)

  • currently: one system included

๐Ÿงฉ Web Interface Improvements

  • improved channel selection

  • announcement channel support

  • faster queries

๐ŸŽฅ Overlays, Media & Integrations

๐ŸŽฌ Credits Overlay

Perfect for OBS browser sources:

  • active chatters

  • VIPs

  • subscribers

  • custom text/images

๐Ÿ‘‰ Ideal for end-credit scenes.

๐Ÿ“ Text Overlays

  • Last Follower

  • Last Subscriber

  • Last Cheer

๐Ÿ”Š Sound Overlay + ElevenLabs TTS (Prototype)

  • early-stage feature

  • direction: audio-driven interactions

๐Ÿ”ง Smaller but Important Improvements

  • Discord banlist logging via webhooks

  • Web interface version display (debugging)

  • Early bug fixes from tester feedback

๐Ÿ”„ Ongoing Improvements

Not everything is "final" yet.

Still evolving:

  • Sound Overlay features

  • UI improvements

  • premium feature limitations

๐Ÿ‘‰ We prefer transparency over pretending everything is finished.

โค๏ธ Thank You

A huge thank you to everyone who:

  • tested early versions

  • reported bugs

  • gave feedback

Your input directly shaped many of the improvements now live.

We know the transition required patience โ€” and we appreciate it.

๐Ÿš€ Whatโ€™s Next

This update lays the foundation for everything that comes next.

More features and improvements are already planned and will be rolled out step by step.

Thank you for your continued support.
